Vibration Control Systems
Compatible with All Shaker Types
Set up and safely control vibration and shock shaker tests with reliable hardware and user-friendly software. Test types include sine, random, sine-on-random, random-on-random, classical shock, SRS, and more.
Vibration Controllers | Stackable units with a range of 8 to 512 channels (mix & match units between shakers).
Innovative Software | Set up and monitor vibration and shock tests with automated & customized reports.
Replicate Field Data
VibrationVIEW offers several test development methods to replicate the original environment of a product using recorded data. The result is a test profile that closely reflects—or is equivalent to—the field environment.
Define & Run Shock Tests
Perform shock tests on a shaker with classical pulse types or develop more complex profiles with the shock response spectrum (SRS). User-defined transients help meet seismic standards.
Modal Testing
Perform experimental modal analysis to identify the natural vibration frequencies of a structure and its response to excitation. ObserVIEW calculates an average response for each hit location and generates a smooth transfer function (FRF).
- Perform roving hammer or roving accel modal testing
- Manage table of hits per location and review hits
- Average multiple data recordings
- Calculate decay rate from transient ring-down events
- Manage the acquisition channel using a large, interactive display
Sine Reduction
Synchronize a vibration control system with a VR I/O unit to increase channel count and/or validate the frequency response with a separate controller. Accurate frequency tracking ensures the identification of resonant frequencies for product development and qualification.
- Use the COLA output of any controller to configure shaker control with a VR I/O unit
- Define tracking filters for sine sweep
- Report results for independent verification of the structure’s response
- Configure abort limits for all channels or individual ones
High Channel Count Systems
VR10500 Vibration Controller
The VR10500 is a high-powered option for advanced vibration testing. VR engineered the VR10500 to coordinate with high-channel-count and multi-shaker systems.
Features
Data Recording & Signal Analysis
PORTABLE DAQ & SIGNAL ANALYZER
Collect data with the press of a button using the battery-powered ObserVR1000 hardware and a mobile interface. Stream to the SD card while running other test modes or use independently as a field data recorder and analysis package.
DYNAMIC SIGNAL ANALYSIS SOFTWARE
View, edit, and analyze waveforms from recorded or live data. ObserVIEW includes specialized modules for waveform recording and test generation.
